The Pin Oak Clubhouse


The Resident’s Clubhouse is centrally located on Pin Oak Drive and is used for a variety of functions. Board meetings are held by the Master Board and the other two Associations several times a year. Residents have a Pot Luck Dinner on the first Friday of the month. Social Hour is held on the remaining Friday’s from 5 to 7 pm except during the summer months. Private parties can be booked in advance with the Administrative Assistant in the Clubhouse office.*  Club House Reservation Form (pdf) 










Entry requires a key which is obtained at the Clubhouse office, one per household. Long tables and chairs are provided for private parties only and may not be removed from this building. Facility must be left clean with garbage disposed of in the container located at the side of the building. No food or drink is to be left in the refrigerator. *A rental fee of $100 and a deposit of $250 is required and application form completed. You are responsible to cleaning the rooms after use including the refrigerator and carpeting. No furniture may be taken out of the clubhouse for your personal use. Children are required to have adult supervision for any function.
