Xfinity is the cable and internet provider for the community. Included with your HOA quarterly dues is the following Xfinity Package:

Internet: Performance Internet (100 Mbps),
Cable TV: Digital Preferred Package with one HD DVR and two X1 HD TV boxes.

Upgrades to both Internet and Cable are available.

Xfinity Voice Unlimited is available for $25 per month.

Home Security: ADT

ADT home security monitoring is included in your HOA dues. The system includes cellular communication so a telephone line is no longer needed for system communication. You are able to remotely control your security system using the ADT App on a smart device or PC.

Included in your ADT monitoring package is the following:

1 Safewatch Pro 3000 Control Panel
Hardwired Fixed English Keypads (maximum of 2)
1 Radio Frequency Receiver
1 Remote Keyfob
1 Wireless Smoke Detector
1 Wireless Carbon Monoxide Detector
1 long-Life Standby Battery
1 Alrm.com Cellular Communicator

ADT system enhancement options are available for additional fees.

For new homeowners, there is an installation/activation fee that the homeowner is required to pay.

Jensen Beach Country Club has a preferred labor rate of $55 per hour (normally $105)

Important Note: Martin County Ordinance 682 requires all users of monitored alarm systems to obtain an alarm permit. You will register your alarm with Martin County Tax Collector for a fee of $20. For an application and more information, please go to Martin County Tax Collector False Alarm webpage. Once you receive your permit number you will need to call ADT to provide them with your permit number.
