Purchase and Lease Application Process

 

  1. Visit TENANTEV.COM or click on this link to Property Application   

  2. Create or Sign In to your free user account using JBCC-specific CODE 12256

  3. Complete online application to include photo ID’s, Vehicle registration, Copy of Agreement and all signatures.

 

Note: You can save and exit the application at any time and continue it at a later time/date by logging back into your account.

 

Fees

  • $150 Tenant Evaluation Application

  • $150 JBCC Processing Fee (Payable by check to JBCC – deliver to HOA office or send to 3735 NW Pin Oak Drive, JB FL 34957)

  • $2000 Capital Contribution (Buyers only)  at closing

  • $299 max fee for Estoppels
