Newsletters

Newsletters are published quarterly arriving in your email inbox around the first week in January, April, July, October of the calendar year and are provided to give you community news. A few hardcopies are printed and are available in the Pin Oak Clubhouse. Newsletters generally include (but not limited to): a message from our HOA board president, committee reports, happenings in the neighborhood, social activities and events, a welcome to new homeowners, and a spotlight article featuring a community member. If you would like to propose a future spotlight article, please contact the Communications Committee Chairperson.

EZ Communications (EZCOM) are sent via email by the property manager to homeowners the first or second Monday of each month. Check your email inbox for these brief and important messages.
